Third parties and service providers use tracking technologies for analytics. Cloudflare security services place cookies to protect against automated bot traffic.

6. Artificial Intelligence-Based Products

TribeROI offers AI-powered features designed to enhance your experience and provide analytics and ROI insights.

AI Service Providers

  • Anthropic (Claude): Natural language processing, query routing, and agent intelligence
  • Google Cloud AI: Supplemental AI processing and infrastructure

Input, output, and relevant personal information are shared only as necessary for AI Product use. Both providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their general models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.

AI Product Design Purposes

  • AI-powered community analytics and insights
  • Predictive ROI modeling and C1-C2-C3 framework analysis
  • Natural language processing and query routing
  • AI automation and document/report generation
  • AI search across community data sources

Opt-Out: You may contact us via the details in Section 17 to opt out of AI data processing for product improvement. Note that opting out of all AI processing would prevent core TribeROI service usage.

7. Social Media Login Handling

Our Services enable registration and login using third-party social media account details (such as Facebook or X). When you choose to do this, we receive profile information including your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, which we use only in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party social media providers. Please review the provider's own privacy policy.

8. Information Retention

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

Session data and query logs are retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection for product improvement purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@triberoi.com.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

9. Information Safety

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

10. Minor's Data Collection

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at privacy@triberoi.com.

11. Privacy Rights

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to:

Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. You will still receive non-marketing service-related communications necessary for account administration.

Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account by logging in to your account settings. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

12. Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California 'Shine The Light' Law: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, please use the contact details in Section 17.

14. Regional Privacy Rights

Australia and New Zealand

We process your information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. This Privacy Notice satisfies the notice requirements under both Acts. You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Republic of South Africa

You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. If you are unsatisfied with the manner in which we address any complaint, you can contact the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

15. AI Session Data Usage

Collection and Storage

TribeROI collects and stores your queries, inputs, and session interactions to:

  • Process your requests and return accurate community analytics and ROI insights
  • Improve our product through agent performance evaluation, error identification, and response quality enhancement
  • Detect misuse and protect platform integrity for security and fraud prevention

AI Service Providers

Your input and output data is processed by Anthropic (Claude) and Google Cloud AI only as necessary to fulfill your requests. Both providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their general models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your session data
  • We do not share your queries or outputs with other customers or third parties for marketing purposes
  • We do not use your data to build advertising profiles

Data Retention

Session data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection. You may request deletion of your session data at any time by contacting privacy@triberoi.com.

Opting Out

If you do not want your session data used for product improvement, please contact us. Note that opting out of all AI data processing would prevent use of the core TribeROI service.

16. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time in order to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Privacy Notice prominently or by sending you a direct notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
